Asparagus with Chicken Breast

Asparagus is healthy and very tasty. You can cook it in different ways, steam it, bake it or you can make a tasty cream soup. Whatever you’ll do, it’s tasty, I like it very much.

This time, I baked the asparagus with garlic and chicken breast on the grill. It was pretty awesome.
The next time I’ll make a cream soup.


  • chicken breast
  • 300 g of asparagus
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • chili flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil

Slice the chicken breast and season it with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes.

Cook it in a grilled pan until it’s golden brown.

Preheat the oven at 200*C.

Wash the asparagus and break the ends (because those parts are harder).

In a big tray arrange the asparagus in a single layer, season it, drizzle with olive oil, add the garlic cloves and bake for 20 minutes aprox.

While the chicken is cooked, you bake the asparagus and in 30 minutes you have your dinner on the table.
It’s a very tasty meal, we liked it very much.

I can say that I loved the asparagus, more than the chicken, even though it was tasty as well.
Maybe I’ll become vegetarian.
