Chocolate Biscuit Salami

This Chocolate Biscuit Salami is the best one I’ve made in a long time. It’s super delicious but easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of plain biscuits
  • 125 g of good quality dark chocolate
  • 250 g of butter (at room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons of cacao
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of Amaretto
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee

First of all, crush the biscuits very well and then set aside.

Simmer the water, add the coffee powder and mix to incorporate. Add the butter and the chocolate, sugar, and amaretto.

Stir everything together to melt all the ingredients and to have a silky cream.

!! Use a good quality chocolate, one that you like eating it.

Pour the cream over the biscuits and mix.

If you want, you can put the raisins in brandy for a couple of days to soak, it will give them such a great flavor, and you can use those raisins to all kinds of desserts.

Take pieces of the chocolate and biscuit mixture and put it on a foil and form a salami, you can make 3 small or 2 bigger, that’s up to you.

Roll the foil very well to be compact and keep it in the fridge until is ready to be served.

Roll it in coconut flakes if you want and cut it into thin slices.
