Friday Night Pizza

UPDATE: I made again pizza but I tried something different.

I will share the recipe soon.

I cooked the pizza dough plain, before adding the toppings. 🙂

Is really good this way. Fluffier and crunchier.

These days I craved pizza but I didn’t want to buy so I was thinking we will have for dinner pizza.

Sometimes I crave some fast food but we don’t want to buy those so I make them at home.
The thing is when you do something at home, you know what it’s in there.
And that’s good.
I know what my husband and I eat.

I made the dough like this:

Ingredients:

• 500 g flour
• 250 ml warm water
• 1 tablespoon of yogurt
• salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons of oil

In a large bowl put the flour, the warm water, the oil, yogurt, and salt. Mix well.
Let the dough sit for 30 minutes.

I told that this dough doesn’t have yeast? 🙂
This is to have more crunchiness.

Move the dough to a floured surface and cut it into 3 pieces.

Let it sit for 30 more minutes.
Expand every dough and put toppings of your choice.
Bake for 10 minutes on the highest heat, until golden.

Our toppings:

  • corn
  • tomato sauce with oregano and basil (I put the spices in the sauce)
  • fresh mushrooms
  • some spinach leaves
  • turkey ham
  • cheese
  • bell pepper

It was very good. I hope you give it a try.
