Grilled Turkey with Baked Vegetables

Yesterday I made again Lentil Cream Soup, recipe here and to go with that I made this simple grilled turkey.

Ingredients:

– turkey breasts + salt and pepper
– broccoli florets, carrots
– parmesan cheese
– olive oil
– salt and pepper

Cut the broccoli into florets and boil it for 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Clean the carrots and wash them.

Put the broccoli in a bowl, add a tablespoon of parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix with your hands.

Prepare a pan with parchment paper, arrange the florets in one row, not to crowd each other, we want to get crunchy florets.

Put the carrots in the pan as well.
Bake for 30 min aprox, or until are starting to brown.

Season the turkey with salt and pepper and cook it on a grill pan.
Cook it until gets golden.

Serve it.
