Chickpea Snack

Almost everytime I make hummus I make this snack as well.

I cook the chickpeas and I reserve some for the snack.

It’s very easy to make and it makes such a great and healthy snack.

You can really make it with so many varieties, today I chose to keep it simple, just with salt and garlic powder.

Put the chickpeas in a big pan, and cook them on medium heat. Stir with a wooden spoon from time to time until the chickpeas turn golden. At the end, add the salt, pepper, chili flakes and garlic powder. If you add the seasonings at the beginning, they will burn.

They’re amazing as a snack. And very easy to make. You can make this with chickpeas from a jar if you don’t want to cook your own.
