Broccoli Spread

I had a broccoli in the fridge and I wanted to make something with it, so I made this spread with 1/2 the broccoli and with the other half, I will make some baked broccoli florets and zucchini strips with rice.

This is very easy to make, and it’s also tasty.

I started by boiling 1/2 the broccoli in salted water for 4 minutes.

After that, I mashed the broccoli with the potato masher.

I added aprox. 20 gr of parmesan, salt and pepper and garlic powder, and that’s it 🙂.

You can serve this spread on toast, it’s yummy.

  • That’s a nice easy recipe. Broccoli is good for you, must try this one, could heat up last night’s leftover broccoli in the microwave and add cheese, have it on toast for breakfast. Thanks for sharing.
