Mango Smoothie

So I made this tasty smoothie these days. It’s so creamy and delicious, and it keeps you full for a couple of hours.

And also, very important, it has such a chocolate taste and texture, it’s really tasty.

I made the smoothie with random ingredients but I think they match, they’re not that random, I wouldn’t put an onion in a smoothie :).

Ingredients:

  • one mango, cut into small pieces, so it blends easier
  • one banana, sliced
  • 3-4 pitted dates
  • 2 teaspoons of cacao powder
  • milk of your choice, I used oat milk

Put every ingredient in the blender, mix it like I do it, with a vertical blender. I make all my smoothies with this blender and it works out perfectly.

Ingredients
  1. one mango, cut into small pieces, so it blends easier

  1. Put every ingredient in the blender, blend it until you reach the desired consistency and serve it.
