Delicious Baked Asparagus

I am so sorry you can’t find asparagus every time you want and because it’s a little expensive because it’s soo tasty, I could eat it at breakfast. 🙂

Sometimes I buy asparagus and I bake it to eat it as a side dish for rice, quinoa or like we ate yesterday- baked potatoes. It was really good.

You make it this day: Break the hard part of the asparagus, wash it and let it dry a little bit in a colander.

Arrange the asparagus on a tray, drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper and freshly grated parmesan.

Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven at 200*C for 20 minutes, or until golden. Be careful not to burn the asparagus because it will shrink very much and it could easily burn.

Serve it with joy. 🙂

Ingredients
  1. asparagus
  2. olive oil

  4. parmesan cheese
