Chocolate Chia-Seed Pudding

If you love chocolate, you will love this breakfast idea. It takes literally 5 minutes to make, and the next morning, you have a gorgeous breakfast ready for you.

I have eaten chia seed pudding before in many ways but this is my favorite, of course, because of the chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or agave
  • milk to fill a glass or bowl
  • 2 tablespoons of oats (optional)
  • your favorite toppings

DSC06472First of all, put the cacao in the jar and pour a little bit of milk and stir very well to incorporate the cacao and to have a creamy texture. Add the honey or agave and stir as well very well to combine everything.DSC06474Add the chia seeds, oats (if you use) and fill the jar with a milk of your choice.DSC06476Put the jar in the fridge overnight and the next morning enjoy this with a cup of coffee or tea.
