Overnight Oatmeal

I like oats very much, I like eating it everytime different. There was a time, in college, when I couldn’t eat it, it felt bitter, but now I like it, I don’t know why, and my husband likes it too.

When I’m preparing chia seed pudding or oatmeal for the next morning, I always make two, because he likes it too.

This is how I made it this time:

• 4 tablespoons of oats
• one tablespoon of chia seeds
• milk to fill the glass
• freshly grated coconut
• dates pitted and chopped
• Fruit of your choice on top (the next morning)
• one tablespoon of natural yogurt

Add all the ingredients into the glass, stir, put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.
You can serve it cold or warm.
