Vegan Berries “Jam”

Have you tried this yet? It’s so quick and delicious and also vegan.

I like eating vegetarian meals and vegan, because, when I eat meat, my stomach complains.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of berries (I had frozen and I let them thaw)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple or agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of chia – seeds

If you use frozen berries, let them thaw. If not, add the fresh berries in a blender and blend them, but not very much, if you want to have some texture to the jam, like I did.

Add the chia seeds and honey, stir and pour the jam into a jar.

Make only how much can you eat in 2-3 days.

I made 2 small jars.
