Homemade Herbs de Provence

I like making my own spices because they’re cheaper and I know what I’ve put in that little glass.

And also, it’s very fun to make your own mixes. At least for me.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
  2. 2 tablespoons of dried thyme
  3. 2 tablespoons of dried oregano
  4. 2 tablespoons of dried basil
  5. 2 tablespoons of dried marjoram
  6. 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
  7. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  8. 1/2 a teaspoon of dried chili

Mix everything together and you have your own spice Herbs de Provence.

It’s really good on meat and fries.

You can keep it fresh for months in an airtight container.
