    How To: 5-minute Vegan Mayonnaise

    I like this mayonnaise very much because it takes only 5 minutes to make and it’s very good. Usually, we don’t eat mayonnaise, only when I’m making a salad, like mushroom or eggplant salad which is very rare. My mother in law showed me how she makes this mayonnaise. She also makes the traditional mayonnaise very easy, she puts all the ingredients in the blender jar and blends for 5 minutes and it’s done.
