How To: 5-minute Vegan Mayonnaise

I like this mayonnaise very much because it takes only 5 minutes to make and it’s very good. Usually, we don’t eat mayonnaise, only when I’m making a salad, like mushroom or eggplant salad which is very rare. My mother in law showed me how she makes this mayonnaise. She also makes the traditional mayonnaise very easy, she puts all the ingredients in the blender jar and blends for 5 minutes and it’s done. Ingredients: 50 ml of unsweetened soy milk 100 ml of grapeseed or sunflower oil salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of mustard (optional) If you use 50 ml of soy milk, you add 100 ml of vegetable oil and blend. Keep the ratio and make how much mayonnaise do you need. Blend the mixture with the vertical blender without lifting it for 2 minutes, then add a tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Blend for 3 more minutes until it becomes a thick paste. Add mustard if you want and stir. Very important! Use unsweetened soy milk, otherwise, the mayonnaise will have a sweet taste.
