In our house, we eat pasta in every way very much, because they’re so tasty and versatile. And also, because they’re so easy to whip up.
In less than 30 minutes you made a wonderful dinner or lunch.

  • 250 g of pasta of your choice
  • butter and olive oil
  • 1/2 a cup of wine
  • 150 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • lemon juice
  • freshly grated parmesan
  • walnuts for topping

First of all, we boil the pasta in a lot of salted water because we will do 2 things at the same time to finish quickly the meal. Sweat the onion in 1 teaspoon of butter and olive oil, and then add the sliced garlic.

Add the wine and let it evaporate completely. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and add the ricotta and the lemon juice. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water along with the drained pasta.

Stir everything and serve with some parmesan on top and crushed walnuts.
