Pesto Salad (to Spread on Bread)

I found this Pesto Salad recipe on the internet and it looked so yummy that I really wanted to try it. It’s very simple and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon of pesto
  • 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • chives and parsley leaves

Cook the potatoes with the skin on until they’re cooked through. Peel and mash them with a fork.

Put the potatoes in a big bowl, add the pesto, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, drained tuna, chives and parsley and mix together.
