Super Easy Pasta with Shrimp
This is a Super Easy Pasta with Shrimp recipe, you can make it within 10 minutes if you boil the pasta at the same time.
- 5-6 shrimps
- parsley leaves, to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of pasta
In a big pot cook the spaghetti or any kind of pasta al dente in salted water, according to the package instructions.
In a pan, add 150 ml of water and the shrimp. Boil them for 5-6 minutes to get rid of the smell. (This step is optional, but it better if you don’t skip it.) Set aside the shrimps for just a few moments.
Discard the leftover water and add the oil to heat up in the same pan. Add the shrimp and fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sliced garlic and stir constantly. Add 1/4 a cup of the pasta water, the chopped parsley leaves, and the cooked pasta.
Finally, ground some pepper on top of the pasta, and you’re done. It’s really delicious.
