This Cauliflower Spread it’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. It’s super creamy, delicious and easy to make. Give it a try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 100 ml of mayonnaise (here is my vegan mayonnaise recipe)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 an onion, chopped or grated

Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash it really good. Add it into a pot, add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and cover with water. Cook until the cauliflower is tender.

You can also steam the cauliflower, instead of cooking it in water.

!This step is very important. because this way, the spread will become fluffy, not runny.

After 1 hour, move the spread into a bowl, add the grated onion, season it with salt and pepper and add the mayonnaise. Stir everything and serve with toast or breadsticks.
