If you are a fan of asparagus, you will love this Delicious Baked Asparagus. Easy, delicious and super quick.
- 350 g of fresh asparagus
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
Break the ends of the asparagus, wash and let the asparagus dry a little bit in a colander.
Here you can see what I do with the asparagus ends. You will not throw those asparagus ends again.
Arrange them on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil, salt and pepper and freshly grated parmesan.
Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven at 200*C for 20 minutes, or until golden. Be careful not to burn the asparagus because it will shrink very much and it could easily burn.
