If you love chocolate, you will love this Chocolate Chia-Seed Pudding. It takes literally 5 minutes to make, and the next morning, you have a gorgeous breakfast waiting for you.
- 3 tablespoons of chia seed
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey or agave
- milk to fill a glass or bowl
- 2 tablespoons of oats (optional)
- your favorite toppings
First of all, put the cacao in the jar and pour a little bit of milk and stir very well to incorporate the cacao and to have a creamy texture. Add the honey or agave and stir as well to combine everything. Or you can just shake the jar.
Add the chia seeds, oats (if you use) and fill the jar with a milk of your choice.
Store the jar in the fridge overnight and the next morning, enjoy this with a cup of coffee or tea.
