Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight Oatmeal is an amazing breakfast choice. It’s delicious, cheap and super easy to make, especially for those who are prone to skipping breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons of oats
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• milk to fill the jar
• freshly grated coconut
• pitted and chopped dates
• one tablespoon of plain yogurt

Add all the ingredients into the jar, stir, put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.

The next day, add some favorite fruits on top. You can serve the oatmeal cold or at room temperature.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving
