Have you tried this Vegan Berries “Jam” yet? It’s so quick and delicious. It’s super easy to make and healthier than the store-bought jams.
- 150 g of berries of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of maple or agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
If you use frozen berries, let them thaw.
If not, add the fresh berries in a blender and blend them, but just for a few seconds, if you want to have it with some texture.
Add the chia seeds and honey, stir and pour the jam into an airtight container.
Store it in the fridge for a maximum of 4-5 days, but no longer.
