This Chia Seed Pudding Parfait it’s a simple dessert or even a breakfast treat that’s easy to make and so delicious. You will love it.
- Chia Seed Pudding
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- coconut shavings
- fruit of your choice
Prepare the chia seed pudding the night before, by adding 4 tablespoons of chia seeds and 200 ml of milk into a jar. Put the lid on, shake well and leave it in the fridge until the next day.
Mix the chia seed pudding with the oats and then, add 2 tablespoons of this mixture in the glasses, then add fruits and so on until you finish the pudding.
I used some sliced strawberries and some cantaloupe, you can use what you have on hand.
