3-Ingredient Energy Bars

These 3-Ingredient Energy Bars are very simple to make and so delicious. And you have here 2 options to choose from.

You just add the ingredients in a blender or food processor, you blend and form the bars. It’s very easy and simple to make. You can eat these bars as a snack, you can bring them to work, or if you are busy in town, and you are hungry. They have only three ingredients and are super delicious.

I will show you today 2 recipes.


1st Energy Bar Recipe:

  • 150 g of pitted dates
  • 35 g of almonds + 35 g of cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

Add all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor, blend and form the bars.

2nd Energy Bar Recipe:

  • 150 g of pitted dates
  • 70 g of almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut, shredded

Add all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor, blend and form the bars.
