Roasted Almonds with Rosemary
Snacks are always better and healthier if they’re homemade. These Roasted Almonds with Rosemary are a perfect snack for work, school or when you’re on the go and want something delicious to munch on.
It’s better to make fries at home, or roasted nuts (any kind of nuts) with so many varieties of flavors, or savory聽cookies. I think that when you make snacks at home, the taste is so much better than the ones from the supermarket, your house will be filled with a mix of aromas.
Today I roasted almonds (a friend of mine made some and I really wanted to try them myself), I bought raw almonds and I made the snack at home. First of all, when you buy already roasted nuts, they have a lot of other ingredients besides the main ingredients and I don’t want that. I like to make some of our snacks at home.
And it’s really easy. You just have to get up and do it.
Ingredients:
- 500 g raw almond
- 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 a teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 a teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 a teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary
- 1/2 a teaspoon of grapeseed oil
I used these ingredients because I like them but you can use any kind of seasonings you like. Also, you can make this snack with any kind of nuts, not only almonds. If you prefer, you can make the snack sweet. I am not so much into sweets, so I made them savory.

In a bowl add all the ingredients and stir with a spoon. Arrange the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes at 170*C.
And that’s it. 馃檪 Easy, healthy and delicious. What more can you ask for a healthy treat?

You can use any kind of nuts, not only almonds.
You can make this snack sweet if you want.
Mix with your favorite seasonings.
