Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies are the best! They are perfect as a treat once in a while when you want something sweet. And they freeze really good.
These cookies are crunchy on the outside and delicious and soft on the inside and you prepare them in ONE bowl. That’s it, you mix every ingredient and form your delicious cookies. This process takes about 10 minutes.
And the result is amazing, perfect cookies that you can enjoy with your coffee or tea.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of room temperature butter
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of vanilla infused sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 240 g of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 150 g of chocolate chips (I used cacao nibs)
The process is extremely simple. Take out from your drawer a bowl, add the butter and the two kinds of sugar and cream them together. I used two kinds of sugar because the brown one makes the cookies gooey in the middle and the white one makes them crunchy, and we want both ways, don’t we? 🙂
After you cream the butter, add the eggs and stir vigorously to combine. Add the salt and baking soda and flour all at once. Finally, you add the chocolate chips or cacao nibs. If you used your hand mixer to combine all the ingredients, when you add the chocolate chips, stir gently with a spoon.
Roll your cookies out from the bowl and add them on a baking sheet topped with baking paper because you don’t want them to stick.
Bake the cookies at 180*C for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with a cup of coffee or tea. 🙂
