Broccoli tastes amazing roasted and cauliflower as well, but unfortunately, I can’t eat as much broccoli and cauliflower as I want, because it bloats me very much.

Broccoli, kale, and cabbage contain raffinose, a sugar that remains undigested in your stomach, produces gas and makes you feel bloated and gassy.

If you steam them, it will be easier to digest and you can enjoy them more often.

It’s very easy to make roasted broccoli, in just a few steps and then, you have some delicious broccoli to enjoy.

Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 150 g of greek yogurt
  • 1 grated cucumber
