Super Easy Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary
These Super Easy Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary are my favorite thing to eat lately. You can’t believe how delicious they are and how easy you can make them.
It works with dried rosemary as well, but if you add fresh, it takes this dish to a whole new level, so I recommend you try this with fresh rosemary, you will surely notice the difference.
I think that the most work you have to do is peeling and cutting the potatoes, the rest is just excruciating wait :).
Ingredients:
- 5 medium potatoes
- 2-3 stalks of rosemary
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- chili flakes (optional)
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Add them to a big bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Combine everything with your hands and then, arrange the potatoes on a large baking sheet in a single layer.

You have to arrange the potatoes just in a single layer, because this way, the potatoes will come out of the oven crispy and delicious. If you add a lot of potatoes in the pan, they will steam instead of roasting.

Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes at 200*C, or until golden brown. Serve with sriracha or other sauce you like.
We ate this for dinner, directly from the baking sheet, and it was delicious. 馃檪
