I make these Amaretto-Soaked Raisins to take my baking to the next level with their flavor. You can add these delicious raisins in such a variety of desserts, like pound cakes, cookies, Raffaello balls, or pancakes.
It’s really easy to make and you will have always on hand a jar of a sweet and delicious ingredient for your baked goods.
In a small jar add how much raisins you want or you have. Pour Amaretto over the raisins until they’re fully covered. Put the lid on and shake. Keep this jar in a dark but dry place and use the sweet raisins whenever you need them. You can always use raisins in cookies if you want to.
And that’s it. Isn’t this easy?
