
Grilled Salmon with Pea Sauce
Here is a great recipe for salmon that is delicious and also quick, Salmon with Pea Sauce. You will need only 4 ingredients and you can make this recipe and have dinner on the table in 20 minutes, including washing the dishes. 馃檪
Ingredients:
- salmon or other fish of your choice
- 150 g of fresh or frozen peas (don’t need to thaw)
- salt and pepper
- 2 mint leaves
In a medium pot add the peas, 2-3 tablespoons of water, season with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes. Run the peas under cold water to stop the cooking and have that bright green color.
Heat a grill pan. Wash and pat dry the fish. Season it with salt and pepper. Carefully add the salmon on the grill, skin side down. Put a lid on and let it cook and crisp up for 6-7 minutes. Turn around the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the peas to a blender and blend until they’re smooth. If they’re still hot, remove the cap or stopper of the blender, and put a clean towel over it, so that the steam could escape and prevent splattering.
Serve the salmon and pea sauce warm.
