I received 5-6 kg of Kiwis from some friends, and I’m kinda buried in kiwis. 🙂 I’m trying to think of things I can make with kiwis. This recipe is one of the things I made with the Kiwis I received.
I made fruit salads before, they’re good for you, and you eat a variety of different fruits, so that’s good. You can make these salads with seasonal fruits only, I think that’s better and healthier.
- 3 kiwis
- 3 mandarines
- 1 orange
- one apple
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 handful of raw nuts, like hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds
I chose to make the salad with winter fruits since we are in winter. I chose these fruits because I already have them in the house, but you can choose any other fruits you like.
Peel and cut into small bite size pieces every fruit. Add them to a bowl, add the nuts and serve as a snack.
You can serve this at room temperature or cold.
