Making infused sugars is one of my favorite things to do lately. And Lavender Infused Sugar is my favorite of all. We normally don’t eat white sugar, but you can’t really do these things with brown sugar because you can’t see the flowers or the citrus peel that you infuse that sugar with. It just looks better with white sugar, even if you don’t eat it. I love the fact that you have so many options to make infused sugar: with lavender citrus peel cinnamon vanilla lilac violet flower etc. There are so many great, delicious and good looking options to make this. They are really great as a gift as well. Personally, I would love to receive something like this. It looks pretty and elegant, even if you don’t eat it, you can use it just as an ornament in your kitchen. Ingredients: lavender flowers sugar small jar In the jar add lavender flowers and sugar in whatever order you want and how much you want. This is not really a recipe, but a relaxing way to spend an evening and making something pretty. You can use this sugar in tea, you can give it as a gift or simply use it as an ornament.
