I grew up in a home that Holidays weren’t a big deal, we didn’t really eat together as a family or giving presents to each other. Those memories made me not loving Christmas or caring about it very much and that’s why I didn’t indulge in sweets on Holidays or a lot of food.
I know that a lot of you have gorgeous families reunions and you eat together as a family, have parties and indulge in a lot of food, drinks, and sweets. This is why I made a list of 5 salads that I love and you will love too. These salads are perfect for this time of year when you want to get back on track and eating healthier.
1. Endive Salad
A gorgeous salad that is healthy and perfect for this time of year. It’s perfect for eating it at work or for a dinner.
2. Quinoa Salad with Tofu
Since I made this salad for the first time, I fell in love with it. I love everything about it, the fried tofu, the pomegranate seeds, the greens and the quinoa. They blend perfectly together. So, this is a great idea for lunch.
3. Chickpea Mediterranean Salad
I think this is my favorite salad of all time. It’s so pretty and super delicious.
4. Chickpea and Pumpkin Salad
This salad is very loved in our house, by my friends and family. They tasted it and really loved it. And we love it too. Chickpeas and Pumpkin make an excellent pair.
5. Quinoa Salad with Red Cabbage
This is my husband’s favorite salad of all time. He is in love with red cabbage so, this is a perfect dinner for him, and for me too. 🙂

I’m sorry your Christmases were not great as a child – I hope that you now enjoy them much more! Your salads all look so delicious and healthy. I love the one with red cabbage but I think my favourite is the Mediterranean Salad with Chickpeas.
