Coconut and Hazelnut Granola
This delicious Coconut and Hazelnut Granola requires just a few ingredients and it’s the perfect swap for store-bought cereal, even for kids.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of old-fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons of coconut slices
- 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts and almonds
Start by preparing all your ingredients. Chop the nuts and melt the coconut oil.

Add the oats into a big bowl. Add the coconut slices, chopped nuts, cinnamon, salt and vanilla powder and stir.

Now, add the coconut oil and stir to combine it with the nuts and oats.

The last thing we have to add is the honey. But if you don’t want to use honey, you can use any other sweetener of your choice.

Now get in there with your clean hands and stir to combine everything together. If it sticks too much to your hands, you can add some coconut oil and will work better this way.
Pour the granola into a pan and bake it for 20 minutes, until golden brown, flipping it halfway through, to cook evenly.
Store it in an airtight container, to remain crispy and delicious.
You can eat granola in so many different ways, in yogurt, in a parfait, in chia puddings, as a healthier cereal, or just as a snack on the go.
I am not really a fan of cereal, especially store-bought, that’s why I like making it at home, and it’s really easy too.

That looks really yummy. My husband buys granola and I always cringe at all the sugar. I may just make this for him.

Yes, I know, it’s crazy how much sugar those have…
