If you like store-bought Peanut Butter Cups, you will totally love these homemade ones. They’re super good and have only 3 ingredients.
I am not really a fan of sweets, I eat something sweet very rarely, from time to time, but when I do, I want something delicious and if it’s possible, no bake.
These homemade peanut butter cups are perfect when you want something sweet, but healthier and you don’t want to spend a lot in the kitchen. They come together in no time and you can freeze them to have a little treat ready for you when you need one.
- 150 g of chocolate chips
- 50 g of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil
Making these peanut butter cups is super quick. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until it’s fully melted.
Line the cupcake tin with 6 liners, add 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate in each one and freeze for 10 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in each one and the rest of the chocolate in each liner. Freeze until solid.
Store in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for a few months.
