Cheesy Broccoli Pasta
If you love green veggies like broccoli, zucchini or spinach you will absolutely love this Cheesy Broccoli Pasta. With lots of garlic, chili and mozzarella cheese, it will be right down your alley.
I made this Cheesy Broccoli Pasta the other day and it was a hit. We loved it so much and I had to make it again to share it with you. It was something I did with ingredients I already had in the fridge. I love to make meals like these. And the ingredients are quite simple.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, with leaves and stalk
- 250 g of pasta
- 1 zucchini
- 4 cloves of garlic
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 150 g of grated mozzarella cheese
- 150 g of sliced ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
Slice the zucchini lengthwise, and then slice it the other way. Chop the stalk of the broccoli. Add both to a big skillet. Slice the garlic and add as well.

Add water into a pot and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, into the skillet pour olive oil, add the butter and start sauteing on high heat.

Add the pasta and broccoli stems into the boiling water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Season the veggies with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the ham and spinach and let it wilt.
When the pasta and broccoli are cooked, add them directly into the skillet, add the cheese and heavy cream and stir vigorously to combine.

Serve immediately.
