Easiest Tuna Pasta

This Tuna Pasta recipe is one of the easiest pasta recipes you’ll ever make. It takes no longer than 10 minutes.

I like quick, but delicious recipes and this Tuna Pasta recipe is on my menu every other week. It’s easy, filling and really tasty. A win for the whole family. I really hope your family will like it too.

Ingredients:

  • 2 small cans of tuna in water
  • 1/2 of a zucchini
  • Approx. 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A knob of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • One big handful of fresh parsley
  • 250 g of pasta (I used whole-wheat)

I bet you have some of these ingredients in your kitchen. And some you’ll have to buy. I recommend you to try and use fresh ingredients (like fresh parsley, and freshly grated cheese) for better results. I guarantee that you will notice the difference.

Start by slicing the zucchini, garlic, chopping the parsley, grating the cheese and halving the tomatoes.

In the meantime, the water has boiled. Add the pasta and cook it al dente following the instructions on the package.

Season again if it’s necessary, pour the pasta directly into the wok, add in the cheese and stir everything up.

Serve immediately.
