    This Hummus with Roasted Peppers is one of my favorites. It’s super tasty and extremely easy to make. It’s healthy and suitable for the entire family. Ingredients: 150 g of chickpeas 3 small roasted peppers salt and pepper garlic powder a teaspoon of olive oil water from the chickpeas, as much as you need a tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 a teaspoon  of caraway seeds (optional) Start by soaking the chickpeas overnight. My husband brought home some beautiful big lemons and we used them in tea most of the time, but I didn’t want to throw the skin, knowing they’re organic lemons.     I like this mayonnaise very much because it takes only 5 minutes to make and it’s very good. Usually, we don’t eat mayonnaise, only when I’m making a salad, like mushroom or eggplant salad which is very rare. My mother in law showed me how she makes this mayonnaise.
