    Oatmeal with Berries

This Oatmeal with Berries has to be my favorite breakfast ever. It pairs extremely well with berries and it’s a really good start to a productive day. Oatmeal is a great thing to eat for breakfast because it boosts your energy and it fills you for a couple of hours because is slow digesting. So you will be full when it will be time for lunch. Puff Pastry Sticks

Puff Pastry is really an amazing ingredient in the kitchen, and these Puff Pastry Sticks are the proof. They’re easy to make and super tasty. I remember eating these breadsticks with caraway seeds when I was little, I loved them, and also some Romanian scones, savory as well. These two were my favorites. I never made breadsticks the traditional way, by making a dough. I am sure it’s not hard to do, but I chose to do them with puff pastry because it’s easier. It’s so easy to…

This Cauliflower Spread it’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. It’s super creamy, delicious and easy to make. Give it a try. Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower 100 ml of mayonnaise (here is my vegan mayonnaise recipe) salt and pepper 1/2 an onion, chopped or grated Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash it really good. Add it to a pot, add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and cover with water. Cook until the cauliflower is tender. You can also steam the cauliflower, instead of cooking it in water. Put the cauliflower florets into a sifter, mash them with a fork and let them stay for 1 hour, to get rid of…
